Pre and Post Assessment
Reading, Language Arts and/or Math Pre and Post assessments will be given to students in K-12th grade. The Pre-assessment test will be used to assess/diagnose the student’s needs and identify skill and knowledge gaps.  The Pre-assessment will be given on the first tutoring session which we determine the student’s placement in the program and assist the instructional staff in setting measurable goals. The post-assessment test will be used to determine if the student has shown improvement during the tutoring sessions. Upon program completion, our instructional team compiles an extensive final report, comparing student performance at the time of enrollment to student performance at program’s end, summarizing the student’s academic strides and detailing areas where the student requires additional attention.

Progress Reports inform parents of their child's progress throughout the tutoring sessions.  (e-mailed or mailed to Parents )

Highly Qualified Teachers and Experienced Tutors are preferably those working in the same schools and/or divisions where we provide to encourage crossover between instruction.

Special Education Students
If your child receives special education services or services under Section 504, the parent must give permission to share his/her special education or Section 504 records, including his/her Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Section 504 plans with our staff.  Student records/data will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties or used for any purpose other than providing, documentation to show student progress, and evaluating the program.
